@jess_miers Looks like Wikipedia is in scope too? In that case "Content authored, created, or shared by the user has been seen by more than 25,000 users" means that many or most pseudonymous Wikipedia editors would need to hand over their ID 😮 CC @wikimediapolicy

@jess_miers I can see almost nobody replying including OP read the bill. This bill just requires all social media platforms to implement twitter's old blue check mark (not the current paid for one). Sounds like both a good idea and no big deal.
