@EufyOfficial Why does it take a fucking act of God to either factory reset your X8 RoboVac or delete a map? I’ve reset the damn map 6 times only for it to default back to my upstairs map. All I want to do is create a new damn map of my downstairs.

@AmazonHelp I encourage you to make members aware of shipping changes. You think it’s acceptable for me to receive items within 5-8 days now versus the 2 days I had for years without any communication? You literally raised your membership price this year, and this is what we get in return?

Guess that 2 day shipping is no longer a thing? You think I’m going to pay $139 a year for video and music, @amazon? I’m willing to bet there are many of us will go to one of your competitors if we have to wait 4-5 days for household items.

@AmazonHelp That doesn’t help at all. Several items I have looked up show as “in stock” with 4-5 days or longer for delivery. I have received packages within 2 days for years up until recently.
