Gayest thing I’ve seen in a min😹 If ur nutrition is on point, u workout in the sun, and don’t overtrain then it should be the complete opposite after a workout. Another reason this can occur is lack of nutrients pre/post workout. If u have some shit energy drink w fake sugar and some oatmeal b4 a workout chances are ur cortisol is gonna spike like crazy and you’ll bloat. All can be avoided by keeping the metabolism firing all day. If ur liver has constant glucose storage replenishment then it won’t need to trigger an adrenaline and cortisol spike to turn fat into glucose Pre workout all I have is a huge glass of Oj w salt And As soon as im done working outI down a large glass of goat milk w maple syrup. This signals to the body the hunts over, and it’s now time for the nervous system to switch onto rest and digest mode

The evening feels boring and bleak then all u can do is think about tomorrows slate Is truly your mind just playing tricks on you. The hardest thing to do is turn off ur trading brain and just enjoy the money How I fix this is I go hard af for 2-3 maybe 4 straight days. I take profits, then take the same amount of days off Honestly helps me keep my dopamine and hormone levels in check. That’s why every “ pro capper” or “pro crypto” trader is fat or w low test.
