The people have spoken Maybe let’s not start the men’s final at 9:20 pm ET on cable 🙄 But the bigger picture here is women’s hoops getting their well deserved seat at the table Hopefully oddsmakers respond with more betting markets next season!

@jaredleesmith Next year will be a lot of fun. Hopefully odds come out sooner for regular season games along with more options.
@jaredleesmith That’s when WBB is going to take off. When the masses figure out they can place bets on it.
@jaredleesmith Seemed odd that the Championship game wasn’t simulcast on CBS.
@jaredleesmith Surely everyone knows the reason for this is Sunday afternoon tip versus 10pm on a work night tip?
@jaredleesmith They will. Except in the states that bow down to the NCAA on prop bets while looking the other way on “games of skill” like Fantasy 🙄
@jaredleesmith @THEChrisMack Story Lines matter. Everyone was watching to either cheer on Carlin or root against her simply because she’s a Straight, White, Conservative girl. Mens game started too late and it was a foregone conclusion that UCONN would win against a boring and over-matched Purdue team🤷🏼
@jaredleesmith To me, it’s not even the start time. There was a lot more things interesting about Iowa versus South Carolina. Unless another polarizing talent comes out I don’t think it’s gonna last for the women.
@jaredleesmith Not off to a promising start regarding the betting markets. There are 12 basketball markets right now on DraftKings and none of those are NCAAW
@jaredleesmith i watched every minute of the women's game..watched maybe a total of 20 minutes of the men's game..turned it on during commercial breaks of baseball games
