@jaredhmoore It's essential that we define "pastor" and "elder" by the biblical role, not the title. This will inevitably result in a conception of pastor that is narrower and higher (teaching/preaching the Word to fellow church ministers) than the current one (CEO, visionary, do everything).

I would hope it is the position of each graduate of our seminaries (though I know it unfortunately is not).
