@bookingcom It looks like email correspondence with your support team has reached an impasse. When a booking isn't confirmed, I'd expect that you don't charge the user. If you mistakenly do, one would expect that you refund the payment not block the user's account...

@bookingcom @longtallshazza What I'd like to know is how do you guys not confirm a booking but still charge the card for the booking and then go ahead to disable the user's account. Afterwards, in all email correspondence you're requesting for confirmation when there wasn't one. Please explain this to me.
