@landatthebottom That’s not the whole picture is it? I’m old enough to remember when it was “no mooring” and I remember the boat festival. Apart from that there does seem like a lot of woodsmoke in the clean air zone around some of those boats in winter. I’m sure you are aware of all that

@BathwickSt Well it’s annoying that they refused to fix a gate - fair point. I’m sure you’re aware that close control of dogs around cattle is not simply about the safety of livestock.

@jan_murray I think that this is a common issue for aspiring musicians and it’s so frustrating. (Just look at the cost of a bassoon)Even if they make it to a conservatoire what happens after that? Without family in London to subsidise rent etc a lot of career opportunities are impossible.

As an aside I assume Wera’s figures are mainly legitimate refugees from Ukraine who have arrived by lawful means?
