@angeladuckw Great question - going with the only thing certain in that our world is highly uncertain. So get damn good/comfy living in the uncertain zone. Surround yourself with big, bold idea people and prioritize love and laughter. Also - up your chocolate game=support small biz!

@EdelmanUS_ @richardwedelman Yes, people want to feel safe, cared for and seen in the workplace. Mentally safe. Meaning life in the Panini Generation - caring for children, parents, etc poses no risk to job or $ security. That is not only what X prioritizes for self, also what they expect from brands.
