I am conducting a postgraduate research study at York Business School, York St John University, and would really appreciate the input of members of this community that are in professional services roles. The study looks at how professionals in the UK use generative AI in their work, the tasks they use it for, and the time and effort involved in checking its outputs. My best friend called me once with chest pain. I told him the same thing, go now, do not wait, do not call me back until you are in the hospital. The tricky part with chest pain is how easy it is to explain away. It feels like indigestion. Like a pulled muscle. Like anxiety. Like you slept wrong. The body does not always send the dramatic movie version where a man grabs his chest and collapses. Sometimes it is a dull pressure. Sometimes it is jaw pain, or pain down one arm, or just a strange feeling of something being wrong that you cannot quite name. And sweating for no reason is the detail that should always make you move fast. The window matters more than almost anything else in medicine. Heart muscle that is starved of blood dies, and once it is gone it does not come back. Every minute spent weighing whether it is serious enough to bother going in is a minute of damage that could have been prevented. There is a reason "time is muscle" became a phrase doctors actually use. The one thing this tweet does right without even trying is show how a chain of people made the difference. One friend who took the call seriously. One neighbour who was home. One decision not to wait for morning or drive alone. That chain broke a hundred times in a day for other people, and it did not break here. Chest pain plus sweating is not a combination you negotiate with. You just go.

@roqqupay Sharing an experience/ongoing concern isn’t a “false allegation”. The USDT sent since Feb 13th is still not reflecting in my sister’s wallet; if we are truly prioritized, you’d have attempted to address the issue or provide an update other than dropping a dismissive PR response.

@_Spinkz_ @Annychizzy @Danvicotech @roqqupay They asked for an “XRP Tag” to look into the issue. Honestly adds to my confusion cos this case involves a USDT transaction. Earlier it was said the delay was due to a “smart contract trigger”. She has provided the “XRP tag” tho. I’m hoping this finally leads to a resolution.
