@mcli40 @enelsubte Tuvimos 30 años de trenes "privados" como para adivinar que el futuro se parece más a Somalía que a Japón. De hecho, en 1989 la infraestructura aguantaba 30 años de desinversión. Ahora, o la pone el Estado o muy pronto nos empezaremos a quedar sin vías en corredores clave.
@mcli40 @enelsubte Pero cómo, si hay trenes privados en Europa. Claro: a su cuenta y riesgo, y en los sectores rentables (AV y algunos regionales puntuales) no como reemplazo sino como complemento del servicio público. A años luz de las concesiones alimentadas a fondos públicos del subdesarrollo.
@mcli40 @enelsubte Japón es el único ejemplo EN EL MUNDO de trenes de pasajeros *parcialmente* privados, posibles gracias a una enorme regulación estatal y a una densidad de tráfico incomparable. Es la excepción que confirma la regla: por algo en Europa y EEUU los trenes de pasajeros son estatales.
