Рейтинг безграмотности политических партий Казахстана Президент поручил усилить работу с ИИ, вот мы и решили проверить уставы и программы всех семи официально зарегистрированных партий Казахстана на грамотность с помощью Claude AI. В итоге - 14 документов, ~235 грубых ошибок. Партия «Байтақ» в собственной программе написала слово «зелёный» с двумя «н» несколько десятков раз. «Зеленная экономика». «Зеленные технологии». «За зеленное будущее Казахстана» - это буквально название их программы. Тот же Байтак сдал устав, который оказался почти дословной копией устава AMANATа вместе со всеми ошибками оригинала. Включая пункт о гимне партии, где написано «является произведение» вместо «является произведением». Зачем писать с нуля, если можно скопировать у партии власти? Народная партия Казахстана в уставе 2023 года три раза написала «и\или» с обратным слешем вместо прямого. В разных местах документа, на разных страницах. И один раз - «служ ба» с пробелом посреди слова. Это устав, утверждённый съездом. ОСДП до сих пор живёт с программой 2013 года, 12 лет без обновления. Зато устав переутвердили в 2023-м. Правда, при этом один пункт просто задублировали целиком и не заметили. AMANAT дважды написал название собственной партии со смешанной раскладкой клавиатуры: «АМАNАТ» - буквы А и Т кириллические, N латинская. По уставу название пишется исключительно латиницей. И при всём этом AMANAT занял последнее место в рейтинге безграмотности, то есть оказался самым грамотным из семи. Видимо, остальные старались сильнее. Сводный рейтинг (устав + программа, грубые ошибки): 1. Байтак - ~49 2. НПК и Respublica - ~32 4. ОСДП - ~31 5. Ауыл - ~27 6. Ак жол - ~23 7. AMANAT - ~21 Есть одна системная деталь, которая объясняет всё это. У всех семи партий одинаковые ошибки: одна и та же запятая перед «как», одни и те же сбои падежей в перечнях, одинаковые следы недоведённой редактуры. Это не совпадение, это признак того, что все партии пользуются услугами одного и того же ограниченного круга юристов-составителей, которые кочуют из партии в партию. И ни один из них не нанял корректора, хотя некоторые появились уже в период ИИ. С удовольствием предоставим возможность партиям самим исправить ошибки, а потом ещё раз сверим. Так же призываю казахоязычных коллег провести подобный анализ, пока ошибки не исправили.

Газлайтинг который мы заслужили Вчера мне прислали видео - посмотрите, какой ужас, сайгаки съели все поля в Нуринском районе. Ок, давайте внимательно посмотрим видео - сайгак ходит по паровым распаханным клеткам, сорняк вдоль обочины животному по пояс, а пшеница - не выше 5-7 см. Это какая там урожайность, 2-3 ц/га? Один посеяли, два получили? Посмотрели снимки со спутника - ну конечно, не слишком много эффективных пашен в Нуринском районе. Больше наоборот. Вот снимки, кому интересно: t.me/pavlov_centr/15 Видимо фермеры поняли, что проще списать все грехи на сайгаков. Кстати, даю подсказку, насколько я слышал - есть научное обоснование, которое под грифом ДСП, и вроде там должен быть раздел, в котором может быть написано, что сайгак не ест пшеницу восковой спелости и в целом боится заходить в поля. Сам я не видел, но где-то читал в интернете комментарии. Хотя, все это не точно - доверяйте только официальным источникам.
