IRL (In Real Life) is an independent project. It takes the logic behind RWA — Real World Assets — and sets out to build the starting point for something new on top of it. We are the first to try it, and our aim has been to develop both the idea and the technology behind it. Much like the Internet of Things, the idea of objects meeting the blockchain is not something people are used to yet. But solana:5hpck3FaHXqhQnL4RwwdaNQFeBka6CpoVBxT1dWupump is already opening the door to the infrastructure people will be using a year from now. Turning a real banana into a Web3 $BTC, $ETH or $SOL wallet, or into a @Pumpfun token, may not look like much today. As people get used to this and build on it, it goes a great deal further. We published the technology on our GitHub as OBJ and Wallet — open source, able to run locally on your own machine. The next step is to design the whole system to run as a Solana program. Our aim is not to keep pushing solana:5hpck3FaHXqhQnL4RwwdaNQFeBka6CpoVBxT1dWupump. It is to find out whether the IRL technology actually works, and then to make it better.
