it's not that he's ooc in his actions but it doesn't feel like the world through his eyes. the book is no defense to this at ALL, he takes himself SO seriously no one has ever been more emo...maybe we'll get there but the flashbacks really worry me. & the music should be better.
thought everybody was being dramatic about the vampire lestat...i'm not completely out Yet but....it's the camera language, those filters, script that is doing a Lot more telling than showing esp compared to s1. i see what they were thinking with the tonal shift but..

i was so socially anxious as a child i would start walking in the other direction bc i never wanted cars to stop for me at an intersection. i love making them wait for me now i never break my stride.
