Did some testing help with @ProVelocityBat today and messed around with different swing techniques. I thought it was a very interesting look at when energy happens.

VOLUME ⬆️ Try to listen to the release of the machine & what’s happening prior to it Ryan McCarty had a lot of natural ability before training. BUT, there still were things that he wanted to clean up. Eliminating rear arm slot b4 launch has made him feel quicker/efficient

Whether its out-middle-in, get the barrel to work parallel to the wall. 1” PVC, 2’H, 2’L Set the tee in the middle and lower than the wall. Turn the barrel behind the ball. Enter early, leave later. #gritnjfam #gritnj
