If I had to try to verbalize my beliefs, it would be that there is one fundamental reality. Pure , self aware consciousness. Call it Source, God, the One, Brahman, whatever feels right. It isn’t just, “aware”, in a passive way; it has an inherent creative impulse. Out of that, it fractals itself. Each new layer is self similar to the one above it, it still contains the same essential stuff (awareness, creativity, pattern) but expressed in a more differentiated, limited, and dense form. At the highest zoom level you have unified super consciousness that is vast, timeless, everything interconnected. Then it differentiates into souls, higher beings, subtle realms, still highly aware but with more individuality. Farther out, it condenses into biological life, where consciousness is more veiled and localized inside bodies. At the edge, it appears as the solid 3D physical world, I.e., minerals, plants, etc. where the original spark is still present but extremely fragmented and hard to recognize. Nothing ever stops being made of that original consciousness; it just gets more and more veiled or dream like the farther it travels from the source. That’s why different things experience consciousness so differently (a rock, a tree, an animal, a human, a saint) they’re all the same fractal at different scales and resolutions. The witnessing part is key in my opinion. For anything to be experienced as alive or real, there has to be awareness present.
