@iiNet Any known reason for real slow speeds in our area (postcode 2107), began yesterday and we down to 4MBs down from 25. Assuming it is weather related.

@iiNet I contacted your support team yesterday morning about our speeds dropping to 0.5mb to 1.5mb at best but still have not herd back from anyone and speed is even worse today is there something going on?
@iiNet "internet should be fixed" and it is not, tried calling back and more than an hours wait time. Not happy. I understand that the calls are very busy but goddamn.
@iiNet Test done now... from info I’ve received I should be getting much better than this.
@iiNet did a speedtest for my adsl2 plan: found it had speeds at near adsl1 rates. Tried calling, gave up on hold. You don't seem to be on Facebook Messenger so have resorted to tweeting. Not happy with paying up for what appears to be substandard service.

Hello @iiNet dissapointing @NBN_Australia speeds recently. Paying for 2x 50Mbps services, currently lucky to get 25Mbps on either service (wanted 2x 100Mbps,but #nbnfail couldnt support that). Yes everything has been rebooted. your provisioning sucks. Profit before service?

@iiNet I am so appalled by this company. The attempts to pass on blame to the contractor, that is NOT my problem. I chose this company, u chose who u give work to. Your customer service was terrible. Nobody called us. We were waiting and got an email with a date. Then now a tweet
