Thanks for your patience everyone, the problem has now been resolved. Please note however that there may be an additional delay before tracks scrobbled during the outage appear on your profile page and charts in your library update, while our systems catch up.
@lastfmstatus my scrobbles from during the outage are being added to my profile, but the timestamps are not correct. tracks from an hour or less ago are being inputted as two hours ago, and tracks from two hours ago are appearing as an hour ago. will this be fixed?
@iianhxwee Can you link to your profile page with an example please?
@lastfmstatus sure :) all the tracks timestamped two hours ago above “figure 8” by paramore were scrobbling when the outage was fixed, and the tracks i scrobbled AFTER the outage was fixed disappeared after they were done playing on spotify last.fm/user/iianhxwee
@iianhxwee Thanks, on the desktop site, if you hover over '2 hours ago' it should display the exact timestamp we have for the scrobble - do they match when you listened to the tracks? e.g. the ABBA track at 3:02pm
