Ideally, of course, that is how things should be, and people ought to strive for it; indeed, this is the very aspect I most frequently work on with people. However, in the context of our society, it often happens that an employer bluntly declares, "I pay you, and you’re stuck here there’s no escape," while the employee thinks, "Damn, where would I go if I quit? I’d starve; no one else would hire me." Such distortions on both sides not only fail to foster understanding but completely warp reality including a healthy sense of reality, and, by extension, mental health.

@mattgillis My patient complained that ai while analytical breakdowns are provided, there is no spark to spur decisive action. Only emotions can motivate action they are the only proven fuel for a human being not facts or assessments. For the most part, people are influenced by opinions;

Faster doesn't mean better. Speed often comes at the expense of product quality. Personally, I prefer delivering a solid product one where the quality allows interest to take root in the client's mind. As for coding methods, I’m largely a traditionalist, though I do recognize the utility of coding ai agents. That said, I view them strictly as tools, not as a complete solution. A skilled builder or creator needs to be able to hold the project's architecture in their mind. An over-reliance on "vibe coding" undermines that skill. That’s my take. Best of luck;
