I built IAMGoalSetting after years of failing my own goals. It wasn’t lack of motivation — it was friction. Too many apps, too many systems, nothing that stuck. So I flipped the approach. Start with who you want to become, then build goals + daily actions from there.
A lot of problems are solved by waking up early and working out.
