@iam_emilyanne I love your posts and how they are wrapped around getting better. That's a welcome departure from the "tear down" mentality we see so much of on social media. Keep up the amazing work and keep inspiring others that they can do it too. Well done. I look forward to more posts!
Good on ya for getting stuck into the idea of weight lifting. Just make sure you think logically about what you buy so it doesn't end up as a clothes horse 😆 If you stick to the tried and tested basics you won't go far wrong. Something to sit / lie / lean/ rest on (An adjustable bench) Something heavy to lift (dumbells / barbells / kettlebells cable machine) Something to keep you safe while doing it ( A weight rack / cage / safety bars) Something to do cardio on (treadmill / bike / rower) you'll be sorted. The more things one bit of equipment will do, the better the cost to benefit ratio will be too. A bench and dumbbells alone will go a long long way.. Forget all the other "fad" equipment, it's generally horse****
@iam_emilyanne Tell him he’s setting a dangerous example for the rest of us! 😉🤣
