@wizzair i'm amazed by your customer support. Opening a support case i simple and fast but my ticket is ignored by the support team. I can understand long support queues but not answering upset customers is only adding gas on the fire. Celebrating 2 months on my ticket!

@wizzair Loveley! I have a ticket opened, this was opened 4 days before your reply. Still my case was not solved. My disappointment with customer support is at 9 out of 10, as they failed to respond to my replies on the case, ignoring me as a customer.

@Jattastic79 @wizzair @Ryanair @easyJet they are scammers :)) they impersonate wizz support, and they are very helpfull, contact now, i'll help... that clearly proves that they are not wizz support. a normal wizz support would say call us, it's 1EUR+Taxes!

@Jattastic79 @wizzair @Ryanair @easyJet I wouldn't say criminals... Just a business trying to squeeze all cents and pennies with other services. Not fair but what is the alternative? I am trying to confirm a payment since 2nd of may. I have payed around 20 euro on calls to their phone lines. My flight is still on hold.
