@howie_hua Yo can do something with the remaining 100 and then 10. You can trade them for 10-10s & 10-1s respectively.
@howie_hua many students get confused about why you "ignore" the fact that the 4 is really 400 rather than finding how many 3s fit in the whole 400, in the whole 30, and in the 2. There is no special reason. You *could* do it that way. It just saves steps to use the standard algorithm.
