Instagram has made even vacations stressful. I see people going on holiday, trying to cover whole state in 2 days and coming back drained. Missing the whole point of holiday. To relax. All this to post 2 days photos over 20 days. Pretentious lives.
Setting up systems is easy. Following up is hard. When you theoretically feel a system will work it'll lost likely work if you actually execute it. Try out a system for atleast 4-6 weeks before changing the approach.
Most people visualise wrong! They confuse imagination with visualisation. When they're asked to visualise themselves in a super car they imagine themselves in the car driving across country roads etc. Wrong! You must FEEL the steering in your hands, FEEL the seats, FEEL the…
Don't be so fixated on the rules that you forget to enjoy the process... Love the process!
