@Metro_Fibre Worst ISP they don’t attend to customer queries. Close tickets without resolution. You’ll be paying for no internet connection without any concern to your outage.
@CityPowerJhb I went on Friday even yesterday. This morning my ticket is still not allocated. How many times should a ticket be escalated in order for it to be allocated? This is honestly bad service and we are charged for this kak service.

@CityPowerJhb They are so committed that they leave you without electricity and just don’t bother addressing your ticket instead it gets cancelled or closed with zero fucks given about your food going off. Yet they charge you network and service fees monthly but treat you like nothing.
