@harlequinpub @HoraceSpellman9 I had 5 years off twitter. Been back on for a few months. The entire platform is counter to mental wellbeing. Be it notifications or setup affecting sleep. I would come off again but I want to use it for the fight I'm doing #yorkshirelorian
