‘Whoonga’, ‘unga’, ‘nyaope’ all = heroin, that is used via multiple routes of administration. Yes there is adulteration, but considering any of these names as different drugs or new NPS has real-life consequences = a significant barrier to OAT for many of the most marginalized.
