@hansmollman 13 is too young to not have your parents involved, 13 you are a preteen and not a teenager. 15 I would say you can start making your own decisions
@hansmollman Would this absolve parents of negligence charges if their child who has a serious/chronic condition bit doesn't manage it appropriately got into a severe medical crisis or (heaven forbid) died because the child could cut out parents they didn't do appointments, meds etc?
