Moral of the story: 👉 Never burn a bridge. You have no idea where that person could take you 👉 When you work hard and do the right things, the world has a funny way of making you "lucky". Believe Foolishly.
Two years later, that same coach reached out to WashU’s coach on my behalf. I had no idea they knew each other.
