@UPS Hello, we sent the shipment to our customer from the USA to the Netherlands, and unfortunately, for some reason, the shipment is still not being delivered. The customer and we provided all required information, including tax ID, commercial invoice, phone number, and all other required information. However, the shipment keeps bouncing. Can you please check and let us know when it will be delivered? It is a very urgent matter! It has been almost a month of the shipment bouncing back and forth, and no progress. Please help!

With pleasure, we share this customer's feedback on the GROM VLine VL2 system LEX5VL2, installed in a 2006 Toyota Prius. Even if your Toyota Prius does not have factory NAV, it still will work if the stereo has an LCD display.
