@FedExHelpEU What are you going to do about it ? Who’s responsible for this service and not one box but 3 boxes in 3 different consignments. It’s impossible to believe it could happen 3 times in a row. Not one phone call. Not one email, the driver drops it and ran.

@FedExHelpEU Is that enough proof. ? Two seperate shipments and look how you deliver the boxes. Completely water damaged. And there is a 3rd consignment as well. How the hell do you deliver 3 seperate consignments with 3 different boxes water damaged??

@FedEx what a complete joke of a company. 3 x different shipments over the past 4 weeks have arrived and one box in each shipment was delivered completely water damaged. The drive dropped off the boxes and ran. No one says anything. No one called, emailed or did anything #fedex

Nice work #fedex my box arrived today completely wet and water damaged. Driver dropped off the box and ran. No one contacted me about it being water damaged, zero phone call, email, etc. all the bottom layer of the box damaged. Now repacking and drying out.
