Green Concern for Development (GREENCODE), in partnership with @save_children and with funding support from the United States Government, has empowered vulnerable households through the Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Project. As part of this intervention, project participants received ₦91,200 each to strengthen their livelihoods, improve household resilience, and create sustainable income opportunities for their families.

When it does not reach the child it is intended for, recovery is delayed, health deteriorates, and survival is put at risk. RUTF is not for sale, sharing, or misuse. it is lifesaving treatment for children battling severe acute malnutrition. Every sachet matters. Every child matters. Let us protect the chance of every child to grow healthy, strong, and hopeful.

Today, on World Nutrition Day, we are reminded that good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life. “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.” Healthy eating shouldn't just be about filling stomachs, it is about nourishing lives, strengthening communities, and giving every child the chance for survival Let us promote balanced diets, proper infant and young child feeding practices, and access to nutritious food for all.

Menstruation is a natural part of life, not a barrier to dreams, education, confidence, or opportunity. let’s end the stigma, and create a world where every girl and woman can manage menstruation with dignity, support, and pride.

Through integrated multi-sectoral assistance in Nganzai, Borno State, vulnerable households are receiving the support they need to help their children grow healthier and stronger despite the challenges of conflict. We in GREENCODE believe that empowering caregivers and supporting children today is an investment in a safer, healthier, and brighter future for entire communities.
