@ScotRail Angus - like this one? Platform screen clearly displays delayed departure time making it clear train is going somewhere.

Hi @ScotRail, how about you update platform screens from “Delayed” to inform passengers train is going somewhere. Employee shouting from the other end of the platform isn’t the solution. App also didn’t change from “Delayed” until train had departed as shown in attached.

@ScotRail Thanks Angus. It wasn’t clear that train was going anywhere until it departed. Large group of passengers standing around unclear if train was the train on screen or if it was going anywhere at all. Could be clearer.
