@angiegorden Ah emoji etiquette... It sort of depends for me. I'll start with an emoji if it helps provide context for what follows. But a lot of times it's more appropriate at the end. Like I'll usually put emotion emojis at the end. ... Rarely I do both though. Sometimes.

@harrybr First step: Establish Principle #1: There’s no such thing as User Error. If products are breaking, it’s our fault. If they are breaking during unboxing & setup, we need to redesign the product, packaging, and microcopy until the breakage stops occurring.
