@DrVoles As a community physio we have similar issues. Patients eligible to NHS services in the borough their GP is in, but if they live in a different borough social services has to be provided by that borough. And not every NHS or social care provider agrees about how that works… chaos
@DrLKVaughan My concern is depending on EPR and previous clerking the history can be poor. I’m fairly old school and loved the old admission clerking when it was a full systems assessment though appreciate it must have taken an hour+
