If cheerleading the Iraq War is the leading attribute of Joe Lieberman's legacy upon his death -- and it's fair to make it that given that vital role he played in the Senate -- will that, along with his arming of Israel in Gaza, be the central attribute of Joe Biden's as well?

@ggreenwald Huh... that's weird. 51% of Republicans and 52% of FOX viewers believe WMD were found in Iraq vs 32% of Dems and 14% MSNBC viewers. Source: Public Mind poll Fairleigh Dickinson University
@ggreenwald Preventing the 60-person Democrat majority in the Senate from passing the House version of Obamacare is how I'll remember him. If we had "DINOs" Joe would lead the caucus.
@ggreenwald Arming Israel is a consistent part of American foreign policy. Biden supporting Israel to this extent during the war is an error, but is it really any different from any other politician? The same cannot be said about the Iraq War. A complete failure of administration in UK/US.
@ggreenwald Of course not, that would imply a fair and balanced view.
@ggreenwald And yet the media and #Uniparty embrace dick cheneys daughter as a conquering hero.
@ggreenwald Lieberman was an avowed neocon warmonger.
@ggreenwald You're one of the few high profile American journalists who still seems to have the appropriate level of anger about the Iraq invasion that is warranted. Most seem to have moved on, like it's all water under the bridge. It was the turning point in American history in my lifetime.
