@NHSX This is a #security issue as well. Multiple passwords increases risk of re-use. Password managers can indeed help, but the inconvenience in the current set up is the primary problem. Hardware 2FA + SSO would be fun to implement in the NHS!

Great discussion at #Interop19 in Cardiff today. It is unacceptable that some care records are not interoperable. They need to be coded in open standards. But this requires a culture shift and better usability of systems.

Even where corp T&Cs explicitly approve open source, individuals with purchasing authority refuse to sign off. Can @NHSX or anyone else support us here? We're trying to help but getting hamstrung!
