False news were intentionally spread by some political parties and their Goebbel s 2 Some sponsored social media channels, without understanding the law, are claiming that there was a strike, thus justifying the assault by removing the band. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, in a Constitution Bench Judgment, has held that strikes are illegal. Please read and understand the law before making a mockery of yourself. 3 To stand in solidarity with the fellow members of the bar, I addressed them as parivaar and readily agreed to my case being adjourned, the case was adjourned (Peruse the order of the court.) 4 They wanted me to remove the band which can't be done inside the court room especially in presence of the presiding Judge. 5 A hooligan who is not a lawyer forcibly snatched the band which cannot be tolerated.
