Hey just a question, if you can’t get the abortion on demand when can you get it? After a judge decides you deserve it? After a waiting period? After state-mandated counseling? After driving hours from home? After almost dying? Because these are all things that happened under Roe

@ everyone saying Biden’s statement reflects a “majority” view, that is untrue. A majority of Americans believe that abortion should be legal in all or most cases. Roe did not effectively guarantee that. A good political communicator would be able to lay out a vision for better
@garnethenderson Not making an argument, but answering the question. Elective abortion is "on demand" while medically necessary abortion is the other kind. No idea what our president was talking about. I find him hard to follow most of the time.
@garnethenderson He's entitled to his opinion, but respects that Roe was the right decision for the country. Quit trying to make this something it's not.
@garnethenderson I didn’t even realize Joe was pregnant, but I agree that he shouldn’t have to get an abortion if he doesn’t want one. I assume that’s why he’s expressing what he personally doesn’t want, as a Catholic, rather than speaking up for the majority of Americans who voted for him.
@garnethenderson He’s going to drag out “safe, legal and rare” and sponsor bipartisan 6 week ban isn’t he?
@garnethenderson I like my abortions like I like my television — on demand
@garnethenderson He said he didn’t like it because of his religion, but saw beyond his religion to see that it is right and correct to have. Not really that hard, and all people should be able to see beyond their belief systems and know that something can be right for others.
