Jameis Winston apologized to Dennis Allen because the play call was "victory". But also explained to Allen it was a "team decision" to go for the Saints TD. "We decided as a team to do it."
@garlandgillen Hey Garland! Reaching out from the NFL Network. May we use your video on our platforms? We will of course give on-screen courtesy to your handle. Let us know if that is possible. Thanks!
@garlandgillen He apologized for the team deciding to go against the coach's will. I wonder how that would go over with Lombardi? Belichick? Nick Saban? Parcells? I think we all know how that would go.
@garlandgillen Then line up in a normal football formation and try to score man to man, don’t trick the other team to let up by getting in a victory formation. Bush league as it gets.
@garlandgillen Please fire Dennis Allen. The team does not respect him. Notice how Jameis said "Team Decided" implying Dennis is not part of the team.
@garlandgillen Jameis is a legend. Some dude who’s never laced them up has a “problem and it’s disrespectful”. I think it’s disrespectful when your opponent doesn’t get off the bus for a game. You don’t like being scored on? Stop them. The offenses job is to score points not cater to feelings.
@garlandgillen @FredericTAllen1 Who is the reporter challenging Jameis? He was comfortable calling out Jameis but seemed to waiver a bit when considering it was a team decision.
@garlandgillen Tell Ed Daniels stop crying. “wE hAvE tO pLay tHeSe gUys tWicE a YEaR” Real teams don’t need bulletin board material to turn it up a notch, they allready on that level.
@garlandgillen Anyone involved in that decision should be released.
