@quintabrunson This is true!! Our body naturally produces around only 0.3mg of melatonin a night but pharmaceutical companies tend to sell melatonin in 5-10mg doses. Regularly taking melatonin negatively influences our endocrine system.

@claudiavuu it's actually normal to have a sharp drop in your circadian rhythm at 3pm! it means you probably have been alert/working for a few hours and your body is telling you to take a break :)
