Morning NOT Happy BT are trying to charge my charity for services we do not use when we complain we are ignored over a year this has been going on the local branch Herts & Essex Useless with a capital U does anyone have a connection in BT senior management who will actually do something thank you in advance. Customer service from BT the worst!! End of rant!
@frankbrunoboxer @bt_uk same here 2 weeks without service. On hold for 54 mins last week and another 24 hours before fault was rectified.
