I cannot stress this enough - Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up early every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.

I miss having proper friends who I would message as soon as I got home from school and would Skype call cause we had nothing better to do... my mental illness pushed everyone away but I’m trying to get better so I can have healthy relationships again and be happy..
