🚨 Just done 21 hours in police custody and kept in for court. They wanted to remand me in custody for a charge from 2024 when I was arrested for putting a post out on X during the riots. They sent a postal requisition/postal charge to my previous address to attend leeds magistrates court last week but as I'd moved 6 months ago I never got the letter, so a warrant was issued for my arrest I've not got a 360 page bundle to go through to see where I stand 🤦🏻 but for now I'm free 🤞🏻
