@fedtriyahya My daughter ada asthma. But also an athlete. Training daily. Sometimes she play different sports for school. Cara control her asthma; Jaga makan/minum. Tidur 9-10 hours daily. Hari cuti lebih sikit maybe 11 hours. No intensive training. Rest in between. Drink oxygen water.
