@SWRRLY you guys are a joke. I have been travelling to kingston every day since september. Everyday trains are delayed and cancelled. Even worse for this month every train has been cancelled its a joke. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Its happens when its raining when its not. ANGRY @TfL

@ihgrewardsclub @IHGCorporate @IHG @IHGService Look at the pics of you shitty voco hotel in dubai. 1. No luggage racks. Thought that was a standard even get it in campanile 2. Only 1 toilet role refuse to give another 3. Thats the bath room when we got there 4 tiny bed painful

This is not the case. The staff are sooooo sooooo soooo rude its unbelievable I am fuming there is no way after paying so much money my family get treated like shit. I want a call from someone superior to discuss this further. I want my money back to stay somewhere else.

@ihgrewardsclub @IHGCorporate @IHG @IHGService my family are currently staying at the voco hotel in dubai. The hotel is horrible. My brother stayed there when it was nassima royal and it was amazing. Now knowing its part of an ihg group i would of thought quality has gone up

@metpoliceuk @MetCC @MetPoliceEvents If i had done that my licence would get taken so i expect the same. It was dangerous careless and a complete abuse of power. Police are used to enforce law. How do you expect police who dont abide by the law to enforce it. I WANT ANSWERS.

@marksandspencer I bought this juice from your store, It always has an exquisite taste however this time it tasted off. My guests also found a weird taste to it. This is really disappointing. 😢
