Minding my own business when I get a notification from my bank that @Kohls has taken $200 from the account without authorization, without an auto pay agreement, and completely without my knowledge. I wouldn't mind, but I don't have a Kohls account!!

@Kohls Private conversations are so unsettling. All they do is hide the ineptitude of the company at fault. I remember my time in banking, this either breaches Reg E or Reg F. I'll figure out which!
