Wallace has landed a fellowship at @CohenMilstein, where she will work across its many public interest practice areas including civil rights, employment, human rights, antitrust, consumer protection.

@howardlawschool alumna Melita Wallace (J.D. ’22) was vice president of @esisorority1920, student attorney in the Child Welfare Clinic, member of Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court, leader of HUSL Bible Study, and teaching/research assistant for Professor Ziyad Motala.

@howardlawschool alumna Mahaylia Hines (J.D. ’22) won’t soon forget winning the CALI Award for Criminal Procedure I during her 3L year. She was a member of @esisorority1920, @HULawJournal, and HUSL Patent Clinic. Hines landed a position at @Debevoise. #HUSL

Hines will be a junior associate in @DWTLaw's Employment Litigation section in Seattle. Favorite Quote: “What God has started, He will bring to completion.” Philippians 1:6 #HUSL22

Our annual ESI Week is HERE! We are so excited to host the womxn of HUSL for some fun and informative events throughout the week. During this week we hope to get to give you all some keys to success and foster community. See you there! 💜

Several of our lilies participated in a community service project to give out bags of food to un-housed individuals in DC. In addition to supporting WoC in the legal profession, ESI has committed ourselves to serving the DC community in non-legal ways. So proud of our lilies! 💜
