Olivia Faith and Jiana Faith Manuel were born as conjoined twins. They share one liver, and both were diagnosed with multiple congenital heart defects: Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), and Coarctation of the Aorta (COA). Both twins need maintenance heart medicines three times a day. One of the girls' conditions is more severe and will require surgery in the future, especially if separation is ever attempted. Missing even a single dose could mean sudden weakness or worse. Their father works as a carpenter, and the cost of their medical care is beyond his means, but your support has eased their struggle a little and given them access to the care they need.
