At just three, little Jamalat lost her left leg in an attack during a broken ceasefire. Living in a fragile tent in northern Gaza, she waits for a prosthetic limb that may never arrive as the healthcare system crumbles around her. She is an innocent victim of a war she never chose, bearing its heaviest burden. That is the heartbreaking reality of Gaza right now.
From your hearts straight to the children like this little boy, who need it most. Thank you to our amazing community for keeping this little one nourished and cared for. We couldn't do this without you.
After losing both legs during the war in Gaza, Allam Shubeir refused to let tragedy define him. He turned a small room into his personal gym and continues to train with unwavering determination. His journey is a reminder that while war can take so much, it cannot extinguish the human spirit or the will to rise again.
A simple moment of relief. Because you chose to care, we could deliver fresh food packs directly into this little girl's hands. Thank you for turning your generosity into real comfort for these families.
A driver working for a logistics company partnered with World Central Kitchen (WCK) was killed in an Israeli strike while transporting humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip, the organization has announced.
Nine people, including two children, were killed in the latest Israeli attacks across Gaza, according to local reports. As violence continues, families are once again left mourning loved ones and searching for safety amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Gaza needs your help, please help!
Every single food packet represents a community that refuses to forget these children. Thank you for keeping these little ones supported and nourished. We do this work together.
Reaching as many children as we can with essential food packs. Because you chose to care, these little ones are getting the nourishment they need. Thank you for turning your generosity into real, lifesaving relief.
As the world celebrates the biggest stage in football, Palestine is mourning one of its own. Palestinian goalkeeper Saleem Al-Ashqar was killed in an Israeli attack. Just five months ago, he had begun a new chapter of his life after getting married. He and his wife were expecting their first child. While millions celebrate the beautiful game, another footballer's dream has been cut short.

After losing his leg in a car bombing a few months ago, Rateb decided he couldn’t wait for a doctor or a shipment of medical supplies. He is now using whatever materials he can find to build his own prosthetic limb. He isn't doing this as a creative project; he is doing it because he wants to play with the other children again. When the systems meant to protect and heal a child are destroyed, the child is forced to become his own engineer and his own doctor. He is simply trying to put back together what was broken, so he can stand on his own two feet.
In Sheikh Ajlin Gaza, when the water pipes were destroyed, the responsibility of keeping a family alive fell on the shoulders of children. Every morning, they take whatever old, leaking containers they can find and walk for miles to fetch water. They are doing the heavy labor that the city's infrastructure used to do. It isn’t a choice or a chore—it is what they must do so their families can drink. This is the plain reality of the war: the most basic human need has become a child’s hardest daily job.
We promised to deliver aid, and thanks to you, we’re making it happen. Knowing this little one has warm clothes and comfort today is the best reward. Thank you for your support and for caring so deeply.
Every morning in Gaza, Mahmoud al-Samri wakes up beside piles of rubble that were once homes and begins preparing sweets for children. He then pushes his cart through shattered streets, calling out in the same warm, familiar voice the kids have come to recognize. One by one, children run toward him smiling and laughing, gathering around his cart for candy and a brief escape from the devastation around them. For a few moments, they are not children growing up in war, just children enjoying a small piece of normal life.
Gaza’s children learned how to stand in long, exhausted lines for water and run for food before it ran out. Today, they are standing in line for drills, running after a football, and learning how to play again. This isn't just a race. When a child in Gaza chooses to run in the same place where they were told they could not exist, the running itself is a sign of victory.
Israeli fire killed at least four Palestinians in separate incidents across Gaza. A vehicle was attacked, leaving it as a mangled skeleton. Despite the ceasefire, deaths due to violence continue.
Resilience has a name, and today, it’s Sarah. Despite the challenges in Gaza City, Sarah’s "eyes full of hope" say more than words ever could. Dressed in her finest for Eid prayer, she reminds us that joy isn’t found in perfect circumstances; it’s built through strength and community. It’s a powerful reminder that hope is worth protecting, and every child deserves the support to keep their light shining bright.
Eid al-Adha is a beautiful reminder that our greatest joy comes from what we give, not just what we have. It’s a time of devotion, community, and ensuring that no one is left behind during the celebration. As families gather today, we are reminded of the incredible resilience of those who continue to find hope in difficult times. May this festival bring peace, comfort, and much-needed relief to every heart.
Olivia Faith and Jiana Faith Manuel were born as conjoined twins. They share one liver, and both were diagnosed with multiple congenital heart defects: Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), and Coarctation of the Aorta (COA). From the day they were born, their survival depended on constant medical monitoring, strict daily medication, and unwavering parental care. Both twins need maintenance heart medicines three times a day. One of the girls' conditions is more severe and will require surgery in the future, especially if separation is ever attempted. Missing even a single dose could mean sudden weakness or worse. Their father works as a carpenter, and the cost of their medical care is beyond his means, but your support has eased their struggle a little and given them access to the care they need. Thank you for supporting their medical care and being a miracle in their lives.
