I used to daydream about having a fleet of ceiling-mounted delta robot arms in my house that could fold all of my laundry for me. Nowadays I’d settle for just a claw grabber on a gantry system to simply sort a pile of laundry into categories over the course of a whole night. 🤔💭

Had a wonderful time at the celebration of the last rides of BART’s legacy fleet! Such a mixture of joy and sadness, saying goodbye to trains I’ve been riding for the 25 years I’ve lived in the East Bay. Loved reconnecting with friends and meeting so many BART enthusiasts!

This whole thread (from a few years ago) on the Google+ era of Google is a good snapshot of what it was like. Imagine the YouTube ads teams trying to figure out where to add a Google+ button to share… ads. What a mess it was.
