HiSmile made one of the best unaware video ads I’ve seen this year. Watch how simple the structure is. 1.) They start with something everyone already knows: - Your body heals itself. 2.) Then they introduce something you know, but probably never think about: - Your enamel doesn’t. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. 3.) Now the problem matters. - Only then do they introduce the product. Familiar belief > unexpected contrast > new problem > mechanism > solution. That’s how you sell to an unaware audience. Don’t start with the product. Make people care about the problem first.
